Cancellation Policy
LASHES
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations less than 24 hours / day of appointment.
No shows are a 50% service charge. You are considered a no show after 15 minutes of when your appointment was scheduled for.
Cancellations less than 24 hours / day of appointment asking to reschedule is a $20 deposit along with 50% service fee.
HAIR/MAKEUP
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations less than 24 hours / day of appointment.
No shows are a 100% service charge. You are considered a no show after 15 minutes of when your appointment was scheduled for.
Cancellations less than 24 hours / day of appointment asking to reschedule is a 30% deposit.
